Looking at the past history of PR's from the company, odds on that we get a PR but one without any real substance to it. They will probably say that they are in "consultations" with various Solar tech Companies in the US and are working for an acquisition which "may" be completed by the end of August or something like that.
Therefore, its best not to get too hyped up at the moment.
