You'll feel ok soon enough. I've spoken w/ceo-didn't trust his answers. Followed up with Delaware Sec. of State Securities division. From that office, I have reason to doubt the outstanding share count on www.pinksheets.com. The ceo told me 100 mil, 30 on float, management , 70 mil, restricted till 1 yr anniversary of puchase, Nov of 2008. Also, on # of shareholders, you will see info from Nov of 2007. Why update and miss that?
Also, for kicks and grins, google petroamerica corp or owen hawkins and read all about the emails offering 100,000 shares of stock with "a book value of $2.00" for the low, low price of $100.00 It is a court document from aprox 3-4 years ago.
And, in company info, " a multimillion dollar..."let me just say, CAVEAT EMPTOR!!
