Hey i use Scottrade i thought it was down for like the longest time ...do you use Firefox if so clear the history and then it should be up and running... i did that and it worked

No their system isn't down, just have SPNG restricted right now. Maybe they will lift it after market open tomorrow but no placing orders today.
