All due respect AMA there is little debate to be had in my opinion, those
that have the claims against the company feel that they are due the amounts
of their suit. swift has not paid anyone but himself and burg to the best of
my knowledge. also to the best of my knowledge there were something like
200+ debt holders that have not received a dime from the company since
swift took over...
I believe that a good part of the debt was listed with Dr. Pandeys
name as the signor, leaving him personally responsible on a few of the major loans.

Do you see a pattern here?
