Thanks for the info DD, so if I'm reading this right a company takes out insurance in case of liabilities so they will be covered, Does this insurance also cover a company in case of fraud or running the company into the ground on purpose.
Seems to me it's like someone taking out insurance on his house and setting a fire to collect. We should contact the insurance company and fill them in on how Swift knowingly ran Xkem into the ground, they may be interested in the info people on this board have collected, they might run their own investigation.
