OK "teach", I really appreciate your efforts but I think we are still having a "failure to communicate"......LOL.

So what you are saying (??) is that there is some kind of standard math formula for figuring out DTC. The part I still don't get is why is today the last day to cover, not next Monday or Tuesday, etc.

I gather that is what the formula tells you. I guess I am asking where did you get the relevant info to feed into your formula, and what exactly is that info??
