I sure would like to see Wamu get some recognition of damages suffered and really put to screws to JPM.

The "big boys" at several levels of the food chain didn't like those West Coast upstarts expanding into their once private domain.

I hope the courts are outside that nefarious sphere of influence but I have my doubts.

It would be much easier (clean and tidy) to just sweep them under the rug and sanitize history later.

I'm riding freebies so it doesn't affect me financially really, but that big money cabal of crooks needs to be stopped.
