Let's look at this logically.
Empire can't get financing with all of the assets.
Malcolm ... with only a minority position in Empire can get $50 million???
It simply makes no sense.

It reaks of a CEO using his company to feather his own nest FIRST at the expense of the smaller shareholders.
I say .. SHAME ON MALCOLM !!!!
