I am not expecting BW to sit down at his computer and learn java and html or anything along those lines, they do have another website inwhich they could basically copy and change (potencias website) i no it takes time to update all of this stuff, just expecting something more then whats on the site right now is all, with the time there taking if they have someones whos knowledge is in building and creating websites i dont think that is to much to ask for.

I agree 100% with you.

As a small buisness owner myself I can understand why it takes Brian so long to take care of some of the issues that have been presented on this board (CE, updated NV etc.). I am sure that a lot of people don't realise that BBDA is still a very small company with no income until product hits the store shelves.

I am sure that Brian is keeping expenses down and running as tight an operation as possible, it is obvious that he is doing most of the work himself. It just goes to show how clueless most of the bashers are about running a start-up company.

) Yeap, sure seems easy about updating the CE, I would have had it done already, updated Nevada, put product on the shelves, released Koma already and topped it all of by turning water into wine....

Not to awfull worried about my money doubling/trippling ect ect. My money not nearly droping in half of it's value would have been nice though.

So you manage company's multiple multi billion dollar company's. ok whatever....Do you believe that it is acceptable for a ceo to purchase a company without knowing anything about what they just purchased? Not knowing if a product exists? Not having the slightest idea of how many shares of the company have been issued?

The last owner had declared that there was 1.4 billion shares avail and that 1bil had been issued. Brian bought the company thinking this apparently without ever looking at the books. The value per share that "I" was looking at when I purchased my holdings was pretty decient. I did the best research I could appeared that brian had a product on the market and was somewhat successfull and had just bought bbda.

Now what do I find out? I was lied to. No not by brian but by proxy in the fact that no only should he never have bought the company if he had looked at the books and found out 5 times more shares were sold than reported but directly after buying the company if he knew it should have been changed to report such.

I do more homework when buying a car than what appears was done in purchasing this company. Now I bought in very shortly after brian took over. So I could really give a crap about how much the old owners screwd things up ect and how much they were scamin has no reveliance to myself brian is the ceo of the company I own part of and now it seems I own 1/5th of what I was told I was purchasing. And to top it off I'm also told that that 1/5th cut is soon to be cut to 1/7th thats 3mil in stockholder value not counting at min over 50% ownership by brian putting the current supposed value of the company at a min of 6mil. Were this stock to hit .0008 as I had hoped when I purchased. It would put the value around 12mil. At current looks of things I dont see a value of 12mil.

And I am getting a bit tiard of people saying how great potiencia is and how great it's doing they are two separate company's who cares how great potiencia is if bbda doesn't do great brian dumps it we have no value in potencia with our stocks.

At this point in time I would love to get out with a 25% loss in my value which does not appear to be a posibility. Yah Yah it's a pink sheet big risks big gain blah blah I am fine with that but I have been lied to directly cheeted directly and had 4/5ths of the value of my purchase solen from me by a company ceo whoever that blame lyes upon I dont really care at this point. The fact that a few of us are a bit upset is to be understood.

And as far as the website personally I would have just like to have seen ownership change faster.
