In my opinion people have lost interest. The company is not putting out PR's and the penny stock traders are all jumping ship into SPNG. Just have to wait until the news comes and there will be big swings...hopefully

That happens when selling happens at higher prices than the buys. If all the buys are at the same price, but not when it goes up past that, then the price won't move up.

it has to do with how much bid support there is, if you have 2 million at the ask and 500k at the bid a sell of 500k will give a downtick whereas you need a buy of 2 million for an uptick
