Well I guess I misunderstood,the patents are under Gary Laurentiss at the patent office. GBOE are planning on using a waterless process. I'm sure he'll reiterate the process if he needs to stay away from ECO2 patent... He invented the thing!!
This man is no fool, impossible that this would have been overlooked

Not exactly; I checked the patents office data and the patent is held by three people Gary being one of them. The patents are assigned to Honeywell but I do not know if that is exclusive. Additionally, I believe that GBOE is using a process developed by EnviroPlastics according to the PR from GBOE. If true, the indepth knowledge that Gary holds on recycling of plastics in general will enhance the operation and yield of the plant. Anyway to me the important thing is that Gary keeps his eyes looking forward and keeping the most important thing in mind and that is the best interest of the investors. Gary is a keeper of the investors trust, imo.
