No 1st Qtr. 2009 10Q, no OTCBB. While the auditors don't "audit" the quarterlies, they perform what used to be called a interim, or limited review. This is even more important since EI has already stated on the K that their internal controls aren't up to where they want them to be, and their internal audit department does not as yet exist.
Based on the time it took to turn around the K, I don't think the Q will be coming out in the next few days.
All I know about EI is what I read in the SEC funnies....but I'm guessing we're weeks away.
I sincerely hope I'm wrong. The sooner, the better for all involved.
