We will see the losses in JPM's 2nd QTR 10Q results coming on 16 July. I feel JPM is in dire straights with the amounts of losses and expenses that are upcoming.

Lawsuits, 29% per $ Losses on GM Bonds, Chrysler, Federal Warrents, Future deposit and interest payout to WAMU for 4B$, WMI buyout, ect.
