Could be a few things:

1) The old sell in May and go away, people don't play the markets that much this time of year, including the pinks.
2) The economy is still in the toilet, I'm sure people don't want to throw what money they have left at a penny stock.
3) Even at this price buying a worthwhile position isn't cheap. 10M shares = $4k investment. 10M shares is far from 5 billion, or even a half billion needed to move this stock. We are going to need some big players to take interest in this baby if it's going to move higher.
