JP, who is the class action suing?? My experience is that class action type law suits only sue deep pocket types. I've talked to some attorneys I know who do security violation type cases and all of them has told me "if there isn't any $$$ (gov, insurance ) you are wasting your time".
I would hope the judge has DOJ find and go after all the crooks assets and splits that up with the shareholders.
The only one who makes money on a class action law suit is the attorneys.
