The funny thing is how Jared is now talking like the company is a total startup, and has almost forgotten all those "forward looking statements" like contracts, projections, buyouts, etc..

I have no idea how that stuff goes but if theres a group thats willing to start a lawsuit I would probably join just to get answers because this is becoming ridiculous.

in the not so distant future, when all the investors see what has been occuring behind closed door, you will see a lawsuit. there are a lot of behind the scenes players that have been running this type of scam for a long time. jared did business with several shady dudes who sold jared on the pumping scheme. jared was either thinking get rich quick or grow the company quick. personally, i feel it was get rich quick. he was their pawn. much money was made here inside.

There is no shareholder lawsuit, but i wouldnt be surprised if there could be a couple within EESO, namely Bill White, there might be something else going on and thats what put the brakes on the buy out
