I tend to agree a little on a small r/s, BUT look at SPNG. EXPH may b setting up the same way. They have 1.1b A/S, had about 3mil revenues, were trading at .006 in March, have had no R/S, no buyback, no increase in A/S, have gained multiple contracts over the last few months, now projecting $50 mil in rev's, and today are trading at .12-.17. This is quite plausible with EXPH with L and W contracts, a BIG IF, but similar models and set up.
