In the pinks it is just about inpossible to get actual share count. Even if some number is put out, it usually is not true. I think HYGN has 500M shares and most of them should be out. This is only what I think, this probably is way off base.

You can look at the most recent at pinksheets.com...... last numbers were about 500 million AS and 250 million OS, numbers are probably much different now given the huge amount of activity since then... last update was may 21st I think
