VivatJesus, I can confirm the new T/A...
I just got off the phone with Mike at World Wide Stock Transfer, 201-820-2008. He confirmed that SPNG switched to them about a week ago. Just for the heck of it, I asked if SPNG switched to them because of an uplisting to NASDAQ. He said he wouldn't know about that. I asked him why SPNG switched to them. He said he would have no idea, that would be up to the CEO of SPNG and whatever reason he thought they should switch.

Additional Comment: I just called back and asked if they could give me the share count. He said he could not. Oh well.
