From the way he stated in the last CC it is something they are keeping a very close eye on and closely monitoring, but no law suite as of yet from the way it sounds. Could there be down the road? Definitely could if he violates the confidentiality agreement he signed. EESO would be wise to do so as well if it ever comes to that point.
