EBOF is a 0001 flipper. Take profits each 0001 since there is a Form D filed and you're being cellarboxed. It seems the dumping has been weaker, but at the ask; hence the ceiling you've been hitting the last few sessions. Also, they are forward splitting -- inflating the equity structure in hopes of inducing liquidity. This tells you that they have more debt to convert.

Evolution Fuels, Inc. (Other OTC:EBOF.PK) (the “Company”) today announced the record date for its stock dividend announced previously on May 18 has been postponed from June 1 to June 10. All shareholders on record as of June 10, 2009 will be issued one additional share of common stock for every common share held.



Pending any unforeseen delays from FINRA, the Company plans to have the aforementioned stock dividend paid and distributed by June 16, 2009. The payment of the dividend will not require an increase in the total number of authorized shares of common stock nor is there a need for an exchange of certificates.
