I would call Staci and make an appointment. see if he has voice mail will they give out his cell phone number to you? You speak for all of us. If he blows you off you will have a report for us. If he agrees to meet with you, you we will know he is serious about the shareholders.This could be a huge thing for him if he gets its value. If he doesnt, have him or Staci explain in writing why he is unwilling to meet with an owner of the Co. Have a short list of questions and if you are asked to submit them and he will try to get back to you, politely state, your expressed intention is to meet one on one with him as a shareholder. Since we cant do it at the town hall or year end meetings. you are the moderator of IHUB and would like a half hour of his time. clay
