Rcn is in all the major cities that Gays & lesbians live in, Washington Dc. has two cable carriers RCN, & Comcast & Dupont circle must have 100,000 at least residents, I am a cable guy I helped work on the system for Rcn. in their MDU project. multiple dwelling units, we installed Rg-56 for cable tv & cat-5 for computer & phone service. they had $300,000,000 to invest in partners with pepco the electric service provider for DC. So yes I think it will go yo a nickel by Friday if Pr. is posted today. Good luck on R&B board, & by the way how did you buy those shares the other day at .0050 when the pps had not gone to .0049. I want to learn that trick.
