I don't know what "second advertisement" you (and I think Sneaky) are referring to. I only saw the "topless" model with black gloves holding the bottle. That's the only ad I commented on.
It sounds like we're in agreement on both the nature and quality of that ad.
I don't believe I demean Sneaky at all, and I find it strange that you feel it necessary to defend him.
How do you know they were from the company? Wasn't Rilo's youtube video originally said to be from the company or Snoop, then later it was removed and claimed it was not even approved by the company? It's really neither here nor there, but I'll believe it was done by the company when someone from the company says so.
Again, I said that I found it odd that one poster (Old Timer) was posting a picture from another poster's (Sneaky Peaky) photobucket account. I said the advertisement was clever (I think that was a positive about whoever created it), but that the insertion of the bottle was "amateurish" and not ready for prime time, a point with which you now agree and in fact, admit to telling Sneaky in private. So please don't accuse me of attempting to discredit or demeaning fellow posters or the company. I find that to be both demeaning to me and an attempt to discredit me.
FWIW, I don't think advertisements need to be trademarked or copyrighted.
