Since they are filed paperwork per SEC I would assume once completed (give at least 2 days) they have to run the gauntlet of lawyers (give at least 2 days)...then they get sent to everyone or someone for actual uploading (allow 2 days for delivery, transposing and uploading)...

I would say by Wednesday/Thursday would be righteous whining lol....
