That's just people shifting their orders. For example, if you were the only person that had a BID in at .013 (represented by NITE) and decided to change that to .012, the BID would fall to .012 without a buy or sell occurring. If someone decided they wanted to sell at .0135, the ASK would fall to .0135 without a trade occurring... etc.
