Hacketts went public so they could raise money themselves right? So why is the parent company paying all ALRN debt & restocking their shelves?

Regarding another items in the news!

Money also will help settle cash discrepancies between vendors at the Sackets Harbor Brewing Co., and will put more inventory on the shelves at the Hacketts stores in St. Lawrence and Jefferson counties. I was under the impression Sacketts Harbor Brewing Co was sold? Is TS just using SWVL money to pay for everyone elses assets? Definately wouldn't surprise me, bet he even has that Sacketts Harbor Harley Davidson down there in Florida so he can ride back and forth to the Yacht Club

Seaway Valley holdings include Sackets Cantina in Sackets Harbor and five franchise locations of Jreck Subs. Didn't Swartz get all the Jreck Sub shops back before? Does TS even know what we own or what we don't? Hell, it was in a 10 filing in which he states they were given back to Swartz

If the Watertown News had any balls they would write the whole story on how TS screwed common shareholders while he and his family pocketed serious wealth.
