There you go again stating "wrong". All you need to do is counter with facts that this investment is not like buying a lottery ticket. Can you do that?
The Bocx, you have stated that we do not know if Wittenberg is selling stock.
I will guarantee you that Wittenberg would have sold stock after he resigned. Now, if he sold stock after he resigned, what does that tell you about his thoughts for the future of the company?
