Take away the cash owed to YA plus the 10 percent fee to buy them out. After that it's a math problem and a food fight over how many shares and options really exist and if they are all valid. So my answer is nobody really knows. But in round numbers it will be somewhere above .20.

r 2044,it always seems that technology is sold for a optimum price.Add patents and how huge this is growing exponentially.I would say based on 500$ million-debt on o/s 1.8 billion.Approx .20 cents give or take per share.But my opinion it is worth more then that. glta

(500-174)/(Outstanding Shares + Convertable Preferred Shares)
