Yes, flags went up when I saw that shares would be available immediately to ucad and other companies with the same deal (sorry, don't have a link for those PRs. I think Zen referred to one in an earlier post). I am wondering:

1. will the trading open at anywhere near 1 pound sterling, that is, is the deal being made actually worth $9M
2. will there be an orchestrated pump to allow these companies to sell without causing a huge run down.

Zen, what would be really fascinating is if a connection could be found between Citibank and this new, British "financing" company! Citibank appears to be a vital piece of this puzzle that has not yet been connected.
