Hahaha well, since there isn't currently any class action suit, there can't be an "inside".......

I only provided info here for you in case this board was shut down.

A public message will be released within a couple of weeks after all the appropiate paperwork has been filed and Shearson Financial Network has been served.

That PR will inform investors as to what they are supposed to do in order to become a participant in the lawsuit.
