For now it's an exchange of shares HUSTLER, but
it may well turn into cash for UCAD, because the terms of the agreement are favorable to UCAD to benefit in that way with mitigated risk.

My last post may help explain why that is so.

HUSTLER, they aren't really getting 9 million dollars. They are getting 9 million worth of stock , which has to sit in escrow for 2 years. That isn't going to help CMKX.
