And yet, here are the opening lines in the PR from DA -

Doesn't sound like an "agreement in principal", which is why I believe it's so important to look at financial results and not press releases which are open to interpretation and nuance. There may be some "wiggle room" in the numbers, but in general they provide a much clearer picture, especially over time, as to what is happening, IMHO.
