Actually, that not correct. My broker only charges you for 1 buy fee if all the buys execute in the same trading day. I would suspect that other do this as well.
Usually you are only charged once per buy order (if they break the orders up you still will only be charged for single original buy order). If you are being charged for each individual orders like that then you need to review your agreement with your broker (or contact them directly).
