I laughed at management's obvious depression on the call

Following up on Enemem's idea, wonder if they are depressed because they are finalizing the sale of the company. Their apparent neglect of the SA trial doesn't seem consistant with betting the company on SA. I'm surprised they didn't sound more desparate, rather than depressed.

Was there any mention of how much cash they had left? I sure didn't here it. And why cut salaries only 20%. That seems so token. Are these guys all living pay check to pay check? They can't make their mortgage payments on less than 80% of their base salary?
