i see one problem though not bad with your valuation. considering the A/S potentially being at 2.9billion now i came up using the same formulas as .0165 a little lower then yours but still impresive IMO and agreed very conservative. thought i would post it since i saw those numbers speculated here as well.
i dont post here, usually just read, holdin 2.5 mil free shares nows plus my divy shares while almost tripling my initial investment. GO SYNJ thanks for paying off the remainder of my car

Balamidas and all. I seem to recall from a dusty corner of my mind that BS mentioned dividends. Been doing more DD and can't find it.
Not the 5% one time stock divy (that I missed out on) but he mentioned about wanting longs in his co. and in the future the possibility of paid quarterly dividends. Maybe I dreamt it I don't know, must have been a heck of a dream. I could be totally wrong. Any help here?

VALUATION the upcoming reverse Merger of Sentinel Renewable Energy in SYNJ
--------------------------------------------------------------

based on the Business production plan of SRE

http://www.sentinelrenewableenergy.com/current-projects.php

SRE plan is to build in 2009 2 facilities in Williamsburg County, SC and Baltimore County, MD
of 2.6 million gallons in production capacity each

and to open these facilities in summer 2009 and extend their capacities to 10.4 million gallon each over the next 18 months

the Potential Current Valuation for SYNJ with 5.2 million gallon production from 2 plants:
----------------------------------------------------------

2.6 MILLION gallons x 2 =5.2 million gallons of production
starting summer 2009

with a biodesel price 2.20$ per gallon

SYNJ revenues :11.44 million $

using a basic and conservative 25% profit margin to consider for Net Income to include "all" Expenses for keeping this valuation simple to reflect Net Income as:

11.44 x 25% =2.86 million dollars net income

and as we know : Net Income ÷ OS = EPS

so 2.86 million $ / 931 million shares OS =0.0031 EPS

with 15 Conservative P/E Ratio x 0.0031 = 0.0465 per share

taking in account the increase of the production to 20.8 million gallon over the next 18 months

SYNJ could reach a price of 0.25 cents& more by adding the

following catalysors to the math valuation:

1-Government funding

Government Support of Alternative Energy
President-Elect Obama has clearly stated his support of aggressively developing green technology and alternative energy. His plans include:

2-deal with MAJOR OIL company to distribute SRE blend in 6 states
(from SRE website)

3-rescinding an additional 300 million shares from the 931 million O/S link :
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Syndication-Inc-Board-of-prnews-14813188.html?.v=1

4-more deals and more plants opening

5-WIND ENERGY DIVISION upcoming valuation

proposed wind power services:

a-Produce electrical power via onshore and offshore wind farms nationally and internationally.

b-Distribute to established utilities or create a coop to buy the power.

c-Invest in research and development

6-SOLAR ENERGY DIVISION upcoming valuation

proposed solar energy services:

Construct large and small scale solar farms.

Distribute solar power via established energy grids.

Provide turnkey development, consulting, and asset management.

now that you have a good idea of what is behind SYNJ

Syndication Inc. Board of Directors Authorizes the CEO to Rescind an Additional 300 Million Shares; Reminds Shareholders of April 29th 5% Dividend Date

DAMASCUS, Md., April 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Syndication Inc. (Pink Sheets: SYNJ - News) reports that on March 31st, 2009, The BOD of Syndication authorized the CEO to take the necessary steps to rescind an additional 300 million issued and outstanding shares of the Company's Common Stock to the Treasury. The Company maintains that the action taken by the Board is one of many that embrace a balanced and comprehensive Company Capitalization Policy designed to increase equity valuation, enhance the potential for equity investment, discourage short trading activity and, most importantly foster a longer term investor attitude.

Other then the reverse split of the Company's common stock initiated last year on November 6th, 2008, the Company currently has no intention or plans to do another at any time in the near future. The Company indicates that as of March 5th, 2009 the estimated issued and outstanding non-restricted tradable float was just shy of 931 million shares. We are a small company about to cross the threshold between immature and explosive growth and issuing equity to sponsor our growth and accomplish our goals is necessary. The Company is involved in the process of Federal and State Funding, the issuance of a 5% dividend, equity financing activity, and taking on additional partners. The company needs to issue shares in a balanced capital expansion program and my request of the BOD to rescind an additional 300 million shares is analogous with a responsible and comprehensive Company Capitalization Policy. "I am the largest single capital investor in this Company and any decision to issue equity is done with a great deal of contemplation and requires a significant return in value for our Company. In my opinion theses conditions have been more then just satisfied and the returns for our investment will ultimately lead to increased equity valuation and more importantly foster a longer term investor attitude," says Brian Sorrentino, the CEO of Syndication Inc. The Company indicates that more news on our Pinnacle Energy development and the Sy-Med Spinal Decompression Division is pending.

The PICKENS PLAN VIRTUAL MARCH launches today and runs through April 3rd. The Maryland 6th District is currently ranked a respectable 46 of 435 US Districts. Brian Sorrentino, the CEO of Syndication and Co-Leader of Maryland's 6th District for the Pickens Alternative Energy Plan, wants to remind our shareholders to help their Company promote its political presence in the alternative energy industry. Ok, that was an easy connection of dots {COD or better known as DD}. I now know where Sentinel Renewable Energies plans on getting their biodiesel processors. The biodiesel processing plants can be set up relatively quickly so an end of summer start MAY be attainable. They need to come up with a chunk of change, quickly, to buy the 4 processors {and facility/plant setup} to achieve that timeline, tho.

Funding is, needless to say, imperative and I'd go with the "no hassle" option which is more expensive but obviously worth it {unless McCutcheon's crew can handle the production line setup}. Two plants, with two processors each, will cost at least 5.2 million dollars to become operational. That is VERY INEXPENSIVE for entry into the alternative energy field, in my opinion. Now I see why BS is so excited with this opportunity. He also must know how the Florida company is faring...}.

All systems are go = "just" need the funding. News of funding blows this sky high.

For my evaluation calculations {starting calculations, haven't researched the current/projected prices per gallon for biodiesel, etc...} I divide your EPS {on the company's biodiesel energy revenues only} by 3 to reflect what I believe the OS to be.

The above is based on the assumption that SRE is merged into Pinnacle Energy/acquired by SYNJ. We then should be able to expect the following {and possibly other news prior to}:

(1) News on merger
(2) News on initial funding
(3) News on heavy-industrial facility lease(1)
(4) News on heavy-industrial facility lease(2)
(5) News on purchase of 4 D600s
(6) News on acquisition of feedstock source
(7) News on completion of plant setup(1)
(8) News on completion of plant setup(2)
(9) News on first production/delivery

(1) Solar news...
(2) Wind turbine news...
(3) Microwave plasma news...

#43526 RE: balamidas #32192

The SYNJ story and price potential is impressive.

I bought at $0.0003 and while on vacation forgot I had a GTC sell for half my position at $0.005 netting an impressive 5-figure gain. Now with all free shares and then some, and wondering if the run is over?

These supersubs can sometimes really move huge which makes one believe that 1000% gains are more likely than not, but lately they are more like one-day wonders so it seems.

If all the promotion and hype was merely to get this to a half penny and dive, so be it... but I am still hopeful that this can get to over a cent. What do you think now?

Thanks is advance.

SORRY ... but biodiesel plants are closing in the USA and Europe.
Feedstock prices are too high ... leaving no operating margins, even with increasing diesel prices.

Bad business plan.
