10Z........I believe I said that we lost 8% of UZP Ltd, which is what happened. And that my opinion is it is a net-negative for FASC.

And your intepretation is also correct. I certainly think Thelon got itself a nice deal, although you couldn't tell by its own shareholder's reactions that I have seen on some message boards.

Then again, it is our job as shareholders to never be happy. A certain skeptical edge is always needed, IMHO.

The key, however, is what this FASC interest in UZP Ltd. will actually yield in the long run.

If it turns into bigger and better HAL contracts as per the CZC document, then things will be quite interesting in any event.

To simplify and put this loss in terms of dollars and cents....for sake of argument.....if UZP Ltd. yielded $1 million in annual earnings, the FASC share would now be $250K instead of $333K.

10Z: Just in case you are still confused...

We had a 33.33% share of UZP (1/3). We now have a 1/4 share of UZP, or 25%.

So we lost 33.33% - 25%, or 8.33% of our share.

If that is what was necessary to make it happen, so be it.

This was not our total future, just a part of it.

The future lies in additional sales/deals. And the future partly depends on the success of all the research taking place over the next couple of years.

I just want to see the dilution dwindle to a trickle as the research completes. FASC has shown that what they have now can lead to a revenue stream.

But we need to see more of that.
