There are firms that specialize in removing 144 legends, and several ways to get around the restrictions. Don't think that a company that secretly files Reg D, issues fraudulent press releases with an invisible CEO isn't going to take that route.
So when would that be? Some here feel he's not been involved for a long time or not at all. What do you believe? Besides, what knucklehead would accept restricted shares forever (as long as he's affiliated with the company)?
