BoA just sent out thousands of foreclosures, I'd expect a ton of them the rest of the year as they clear out the inventory of people that haven't paid mortgages since 2007... the free ride is over and guess those people will going back to Mom and Dad's place to live LOL....... I think we run out of buyers by year end, then what.... save your money, you may be able to get that biggest house on the block pretty cheap next year if you have the cash to buy it.... interest rates should kill the market, is my guess.... prices won't go anywhere for about 3 years or more, so most season investors will pick their spots next year after the uninformed are out of the way... multiple contracts on most REO properties now...
