looks like pay czar kenneth rosenburg being appointed to crack down on pay compensation for banks that have received tarp money. this is definitely an incentive for JD to clear this lawsuit up.

I would throw into the bid while it's up.

imo, whenever they start showing higher asks on the level 2, they get some people to pay more, but usually is followed by a decline.

Also, once news comes out about WMI having to pay money in lawsuits, the reaction will not be pretty.

There have been more and more settlements in lawsuits lately, and imo, it is only a matter of time before WMI is going to be one of those that settles.

Take advantage of the pump article that was just put out.
