EarnestDD, I would like to verify your assertions however when I try to open the link my adobe reader says that the file is damaged and can not be repaired. When I go to pinksheets.com I get "Pink OTC Markets has discontinued the display of quotes on pinksheets.com for this security because it has been labeled Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware) and because adequate current information has not been made available by the issuer of the securities" any help appreciated. hank
