Navycmdr, I'm a E-5 in the Navy and was wondering are you really a CDR?

Smitter, Bio, amongst others, you all have been talking about LTCO, RODHAM and RBCM, What/who is this? I read your posts and even tried to google those acronyms but can't seem to figure out what they mean.
