For writing something as that, You haven't even followed through with it and that is not a proper thing to do here, on this board. The company is proving that they know what they are doing and you are proving that you don't know what you are saying! BUT, thank you for the old info that you refuse to tell the rest of the story. GLTY, Jim.

Once again - have you called Doug Furth and heard his side of the story?

The answer would be NO

printmail01, are you talking about this Blue Chip IR Group?...

http://www.fool.com/investing/value/2006/11/21/more-pumping-for-manchester.aspx

This Blue Chip IR Group that had their Nevada State license revoked?

https://esos.state.nv.us/SoSServices/AnonymousAccess/CorpSearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=mw1LI4QKTNQrQajCr6mChw%253d%253d

Obviously a class group of people who would never make a false accusation against anyone. No sir, not them!

By the way, do you know what happened with this case? Of course you do, but I'll tell you anyway.

After filing their original charges against the Defendant, Doug Furth, the Judge asked them to provide the evidence behind their charges, i.e., their proof that Mr. Furth was guilty of what they charged them with.

They didn't. The judge asked them again, and again, and again. Blue Chip never once provided any evidence of their charges. Anyone can file a lawsuit against anyone, but then you have to actually have the evidence. Blue Chip IR Group didn't. Anyway, the judge finally had it and ruled in favor of Doug Furth. If I'm not mistaking, Mr. Furth has filed a $2M countersuit.
