Mike...good points but I've witnessed newborns, without any credibility, start conversations with pumper crews right away and offer 'supporting views' and 'knowledgeable content'. The crews then cum all over each other to dominate the board and crowd out any dissenting view. These new aliases could be anyone and are usually 'pros' IMO.

"Panetta's room" was his Paltalk "room". Nothing to do with IHub.

If that were the issue, then the rest of your argument would be valid. However, my concern is NOT that the SEC will do anything to IHub if it is proven taht Matt used IHub for illicit gains.

My concern is what the courts will do. IHub will be sued into oblivion. After all, if the founder used it for illicit gains, you've got the best lawsuit ever!

As I said before, unless Advfn has great insurance or other liability protection, assuming Matt is found to have used IHub for illicit gains, they are in grave danger IMO.

Because of that, I'm going to passionately dispell the warrantless assertions that Matt used IHub for illicit gains until proven otherwise!
