people keep saying message boards effect the stock price negatively....in my experience, THE FIVE main things that make penny stocks go down:

1) lack of credibility due to not following through on past claims, history catches up eventually.....

2) dilution

3) dilution

4) dilution

5) dilution

PS: isn't the CEO kind of admitting that if he builds the Co, the stock price will follow????

But you can't seem to support this;

2 CC's ago Jared stated he WOULD NOT increase A/S's!!!

Yet he just increased A/S's from 2 billion to 5 billion!

He lied right in front of every single SH/investor out there. No proof needed.
