They both have said that they would continue with business as usual while in buyout talks. Going after certain companies is growing the business is it not.

Next we will hear that EESO is going to acquire several existing businesses and merge them into one company. Of course they will use eeso shares to finance this. Then Jared will say, "See we had to do that so I could get you a higher share price" Can't wait to hear his explanation.

"Growing the company" and "going after certain companies" sounds the same to me. Both will grow the company, just two different ways to say the same thing.
