Matt McCutcheon- guy at news 15 [ WANE TV in Ft Wayne] Guy did 2 fluff "news" stories about EESO . Basically the were PR's that seemed quite a bit like a press release for the company- I think a lot of people may have bought shares based on the shoddy reporting done by him.
