I agree with everything you wrote

and want to make sure that people don't think I am arguing that the FALC area is not feasible. I feel STRONGLY that there will be a diamond mine in the FALC are within 5 years, probably quicker. Might be us, might not be, but any operating mine speaks well for all in the area.

I am just one who prefers low-balling revenue numbers and "worst casing" expenses when doing proformas.
