Is it really listed?

I put the company name into AnyWho and nothing came up for COI, CA.

Plugging the number you provided into Google, shows it to be INBG. But looking at the links for the number, all I find is PR's with the number listed in them.

So, If you already have the number, it is listed in Google. If you call information they will not show a listing.

Nothing wrong with operating a business from desk space rented in your brother's office. If you are not putting yourself out as a manufacturer of construction materials with international contracts and selling your stock on the open market.

You can argue the finer points, like the phone number and how big the CEO's desk is, all day if you like but the 40MM shares a week that are getting dumped into the float needs to be what you are concerned with.
