That argument is inherently flawed.
Think back to any number of lawsuits filed against companies.
The company Wal-Mart did not mops its' own floors, an employee did and when someone slipped and fell, they sued Wal-Mart not the employee.
When the lady burned herself on with Hot Coffee from McDonalds, she did not sue the server, or even the franchise owner, she sued McDonalds
The list goes on.
Therefore if an employee of ihub is pumping stocks and the company does nothing, the company is liable.
